Meet your guide

With 25 years of experience in corporate and agency settings, Erin Anderson-Kipp brings her systems intelligence and strategic awareness to her role as a resilience trainer and facilitator of behavior change practices. 


Erin helps individuals and organizations improve clarity, performance and balance in high-pressure, high-impact environments, knowing these skills ripple out into families, friendships, and communities. She is a HeartMath(R) Resilience Trainer and Coach, a licensed Vibrational Sound Therapist, and a Spring Forest Qigong group practice leader.

Erin has supported and collaborated with organizations including the YMCA, Newport Institute & Academy, Confab, and Ecumen (Abiitan). Her recurring clients include mental health clinics, residential living facilities, professional sports organizations, spas, and local businesses. 


Since her earliest days teaching meditation and mindfulness, Erin's mission has been to guide as many people as possible to the best version of themselves. 


Erin lives in Woodbury, Minnesota, with her husband and two kids.
